General member - HR Team
The Dutch HR team is looking for new members. There are several tasks, which need to be thought through and executed, and we like to do sparring about these together. There is a lot of freedom to propose your own ideas and suggestions in order to professionalize and improve Volt.
Currently we are looking into the following subjects and could use your help:
- Optimize the customer journey from an HR perspective (what is the ‘journey’ a member applicant goes through on our website / sign-up form and process)
- Provide trainings: Buddy system training / Onboarding training / training for the EP candidates
- Update HR guide and create HR FAQs
Previous HR experience is not needed. However, it is important that you are social, analytical and easily take initiative. It would be great if you are available for about 6 hours per week.
