Volt’s HR team in The Netherlands is looking for a new member.
As you know, Volt is a dynamic and fast growing organisation. We receive new member applications every day. We invest a lot of time in activating our volunteers in order to make sure that our new members find their place within our organisation as fast as possible.
We are heavily dependent on our volunteers due to the young stage of our organization. Therefore, it is very important to attract as many new people as possible and to encourage & facilitate them to become active within Volt.
You will be responsible for the following tasks, among others, as the application coordinator:
- Think about the process after a member has signed up via the website (how do we activate our new members and how do we make sure that new members stay interested)
- Coordinate onboardings (and occasionally onboard applicants yourself who are not part of a city team or assign the closest local HR lead to do the onboarding)
- Clean-up actions in the member database: approach all applications, who sign-up before a certain date to find out whether you can still activate these members
- Provide update from the member database: inform the organisation, once per week, about the open member applications
Previous HR experience is not needed. However, it is important that you are enthusiastic and easily interact with others. Additionally, we prefer to find someone who works accurately. It would be great if you are available for about 4 to 6 hours per week.
